Privacy and learner rights

When you register or use the platform we process identity data (name, email), organization and department context, learning paths, practical missions, uploaded evidence, assessment outcomes, portfolios, and issued certificates.

We do not sell your data or use third-party advertising trackers. Data is used to operate workforce development and competency verification for your organization.

• Download a readable copy of your data after sign-in from the Privacy center.
• Request correction or deletion — deletion is reviewed to protect required records.
• See which organization owns your learning path before public registration.
• Self-registration is only available for paths an organization explicitly opened.

Passwords are hashed. Access is role-based (RBAC) and isolated per organization.

Sensitive actions are audited. Evidence files and internal workspace paths are never exposed on public pages.

Each organization defines retention for assessments, evidence, and audit logs within required minimums. Platform administrators can review policies in Settings → Privacy center.

After sign-in, visit the Privacy center to submit correction, deletion, or formal export requests. We respond within your organization's stated timeframe.
